AT&T Natural Voices™ Text to Speech (TTS) for Windows is award winning text to speech technology developed by AT&T Laboratories. Available in US English or Spanish, the AT&T Natural Voices™ support speed but not pitch adjustment. These voices are Sapi4 and Sapi5 compatible. A complete list of voices with links to audio samples is below.

Windows 10 has twodifferent TTS engines installed by default. There are the WinRT speech synthesis APIs(in the Windows.Media.SpeechSynthesis namespace), and the SAPI speech synthesis APIs(in the System.Speech.Synthesis namespace, and the COM ISpVoice interface). David and Zira are SAPI voices; the language packs install WinRT voices. Eloquence for Windows is a full SAPI v5 Text-to-speech (TTS) Synthesizer for the Windows operating system. It allows you to use the popular ETI-Eloquence voices in any application that supports SAPI voices (e.g. Screen readers, book readers, etc).
